Refund Policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchases from Simply Pharmacy Albany. We encourage you to choose your products carefully as most products cannot be exchanged or refunded unless defective or faulty. We will ensure we meet our obligations under the consumer guarantees act.

If you change your mind:

If you purchase the wrong product or change your mind please call us immediately on 09 914 2230. If your order has not yet been dispatched it can be changed or cancelled and the purchases refunded. Unfortunately once your order has been dispatched products are not eligible for refund unless they are faulty.

Special Exceptions:

Hats – if the hat you have purchased does not fit or is unsuitable you may return it for a refund or exchange either in store or by post within 14 days. The hat should be in re-saleable condition (not worn or damaged) and with all tags still attached.

If returning a product to our store, please bring your invoice as proof of purchase.

If returning by post please return in original packaging to :

Please enclose a copy of your invoice or state the invoice number on your return. A refund (to the card that was used for payment) will be issued within 10 days of receipt of returned goods. Email confirmation will be sent.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund if initially charged. You are responsible to paying the shipping cost of returned goods.

If the product you have received is faulty:

In the unlikely event that your goods are defective or faulty, please contact us on 09 914 2230 during opening hours, or by email at sales@simplypharmacy.co.nz. and we will arrange for a refund or replacement.

If your order has been damaged in transit:

We take great care to ensure your goods reach you in perfect condition and will arrange a refund or replacement (where possible) for products damaged in transit. In the unlikely event your products do not arrive in a satisfactory condition, please contact us on 09 914 2230 during opening hours, or by email at sales@simplypharmacy.co.nz.

Please keep any damaged items and packaging in the same condition as they were received, and email us a photo if possible. This can assist us in making a claim to the courier company.
